Prices shown for each country include delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum in which case a nominal fee is charged.

CUSTOMS/DUTY & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub swftbox in Dubai, U.A.E. You will receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided.
Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If your number is not registered on WhatsApp, don’t worry, use your tracking number and head here to get updates on your shipment status.
RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the products sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@whitebynature.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed return instructions accordingly. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@whitebynature.net
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@whitebynature.net
For international shipments, if the courier company is unable to deliver after three attempts, we can refund the product fees. However, please note that return and custom clearance fees are non-refundable.
